Not directly. You would need a MAU and a token-ring/Ethernet bridge (old
Cisco 25xxes with 1 TR/1 Ethernet are good choices). It'd be fairly
expensive. The configuration would look like:

2003 --> TR --> MAU --> TR interface on Cisco 2513 --> Ethernet int on
2513 --> Ethernet

The router would need to be configured as a transparent bridge.

In general, you'd be better off replacing the TR adapter in the 2003 with a
Ethernet adapter or adding a additional Ethernet adapter to the 2003.  While
you could force this to work, in the long run, it's going to be a lot less
problematic to just put the machine on the Ethernet directly.
