Hello from Gregg C Levine normally with Jedi Knight Computers Just started the process to register for the "1/30 IBM Customer Day at LinuxWorld Expo at Jacob Javits Center in NYC" events, and a few problems have surfaced. Problem one, the website given while working, moves slowly when it receives the click on the submit button. I suspect it is because of the outside vendor's cookie attempting to arrive at the page, it does not, and since it is caught in limbo, the site does not complete the registration process. Next problem, the message quoted below, does not mention a price for this wonderful idea of an activity, nor does it have an priority code. Both were needed to complete it on the phone. This e-mail has neither of them. The person then needed to bring that matter to the attention of his manager, and then decided that he would then get back to me, in one half an hour. I am now waiting as to the outcome, and content of his callback. Actually it turns that actual registration for the "1/30 IBM Customer Day at LinuxWorld Expo at Jacob Javits Center in NYC" begins tomorrow, not today. I suspect that the staff at the outside firm, were not properly briefed by IBM, as to the existence of this list. However on that context I may be wrong. ------------------- Gregg C Levine [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------------ "The Force will be with you...Always."
