Thanks.  I tried to visit the homepage, but it pointed me to
sourceforge.net, and there's no project/software information available
there.  Is there someplace I could look that talks about the capabilities of
generic NQS?

Things like generic NQS are the classic batch submission systems for Unix
boxes
