If you are using only V-disk for swap, the number of volumes is irrelevant since it all gets put on the VM paging subsystem anyway. You'll have no control over where your swap is. It may stay on expanded storage or it may get put on any of your VM paging volumes, depending on your overall load and how you have VM tuned.
