Greetings; I noticed that the "May 2002 stream" includes changes for gcc, glibc and binutils. In the dark recesses of my memory I recall that the last time I tried to update these three components my system became inoperable because of a change in the format of the object modules. Probably also because I missed a step or rebooted at the wrong time or something.
Anyway, is there any danger of this happening with these changes? I am doing the build on a Turbo 2.4.7 linux. Is there a recommended/suggested sequence of doing these updates?
