The lead-in at Linux Today is kind of bizarre, because the link to the "complete story" is not to the Wall Street Journal, but BBC News at http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/business/newsid_2023000/2023127.stm. The article also talks as thought the announcement has already been made (which is probably true, since it was slated for this morning, Europe time). The article doesn't give much real information, other than IBM will be providing SuSE-based Linux systems as part of a "public sector computer contract."
