OSA-2 FENET No lcs capable cards found

Hi lists,

we want to install SuSe Linux for S/390 V7.0 (Kernel 2.2.16) into 9672-R26 machine.
We use OSA-2 FENET  card.
Linux starts but lcs not initialize and system give this error messages as follows :

"No lcs capable cards found."

any hints and helps appreciated.
