Mount the disk you want to install to, run yast, Installation settings -> Installation to a directory -> Enter the path where you mounted the disk. Then from the Main Menu: Package Management -> Start installation and leave yast thru the main menu afterwards. umount and detach the disk and IPL it. Before Start installation you can also load/change/save other package selections in the Package Management menu. Bernd
