Seems to me I recall that IBM has said that SCO had sold it a permanent, 
non-revokable, paid-up license for the code in AIX.

Seems to me SCO has now inflicted real damage on IBM, whether it
previously had.

Time for IBM to sue SCO for more than it (SCO) is worth?
