The CONFIG_DISK_STATS is enabled and yet still not stats. Any ideas..
Here is the info from the stat file under /proc. The partition file is
below.

Do you have CONFIG_DISK_STATS enabled in the kernel?  Please post the
output of /proc/stat and /proc/partitions on your system.
