Hello,

I am running zVM 4.2 in an LPAR on a zSeries machine with 4.5GB real storage
and 1.5GB expanded storage defined to it. I have 12 to 15 zLinux guests
active at any given time. The main Linuxes are DB2/UDB (3) and WebSphere
(4). Each of these are defined with a virtual machine size of 512MB with 1G
of swap using VDISK.

As you can see from the output of the "CP IND" command, there is signifcant
page movement between expanded storage and central, but central is only 59%
allocated.

How can I determine what is causing this page movement? I there any way to
"protect" a guest's working set short of running them V=R?

Thanks in advance,
Hank Calzaretta
