We are trying to change the ip address of this debian we built..
We have been working on this since Tuesday...

We changed the /etc/network interfaces from 10.37.1.21 to 10.37.1.22
Changed ip to 10.123.1.1..... Etc..

Seems to be the only thing that will work is 10.37.1.21.. Nothing
else...

Did the /etc/init.d/networking restart

Did the ifconfig

Shows 10.37.1.22....

We cannot connect to it thru putty or anything.

Is there any settings that we have missed to cause this not to work??

Any help will be appreciated

Ralph
