While inconvenient, it is not a bad thing in and of itself, as it makes
sure your file systems are valid.

In a production environment where you are coming up and down infrequently,
this should not impact things frequently.


Look at the tune2fs man page.  It's got what you need to stop or reduce
the frequency of those fs checks.
