Thanks I'm guessing at what my problem is now....
We had support for 7.3 and 8.1 obtained thru Suse. Then we let support drop (until the new fiscal year). By that time, Novell took over. We then got support there. However, now we are only authorized for SDK 9. I'll have to find out what we need to do to have us authorized for 7.3 and 8.1.
