Not directly to an specific ethernet interface. You can restrict by IP
address or subnet.

In /etc/exports:

/mnt/backup/audio 192.168.151.0/24(nohide,ro,insecure,sync)

The above is an example from my home Linux system. I NFS export my
"audio" files (MP3 & WAV) to the rest of my internal LAN. Something like
this might be what you want. You can export to specific IP addresses:

/mnt/backup/audio 192.168.151.20(nohide,ro,insecure,sync)
