Hi Ranga

I have finally resolved the problem , I will update incase someone goes thru
the same,
The initial Dasd was HDS and I moved to IBM ( same as current install) also
on the " DASD Module Parameter Setting"
Panel I added the "dasd=xxxx, xxxx" values and installed as normal . I will
confirm if HDS disk is a problem with another sandbox box install.

Regards
Gerard

Gerard:
I dont remember! It was a long time ago.
One of the problems we had was that the volumes were not INITed for IPL on
the z/OS side. When IPLing, the system could not find the boot record. I
think we had to run a job to put IPL text on the volumes and then
install Linux.

The code 000A00000000000F means that the IPL text could not be found.

We are currently on z/VM where the volumes are initialized under z/VM.
