Once we had the maintnance contract with suse but expired last month. But the thing down here in South America, to renew the contract is slow i can maintain contact with suse distribuitor. this is the point, im not ask you any favor?

I think it is, however, in bad taste to beg others to provide for free what they've paid good (and big) money for. There are no-cost Linux/390 distributions out there, and they work just fine. If someone is unable or unwilling to pay for maintenance from SUSE or Red Hat, then use one of the no-cost variants.

If you make avaliable a copy of SP2 oe SP3 from Suse you will not be a Napster . If you don't remember Suse and Linux for s/390 still a GPL software . So you can share that with anyone with no charge for you or anybody .
