Not if you restricted it to IBM Intel hardware. Those boxes do have a
legitimate IBM serial number to put in the application. If you forbid
duplicate serial numbers per licensee, you're actually in pretty good
shape.

Still sells IBM hardware, and you'd have a pretty good idea that at
least the hardware was done right.
