Can anyone see what I am doing wrong that I cannot create the file system on the logical volume that I think I have just created????? mflinux1:~ # lvcreate -i 4 -I 16 -L 6.8G -n lvoracledb8 oracledb8 lvcreate -- rounding size up to physical extent boundary lvcreate -- rounding to stripe boundary size lvcreate -- 4 stripes more than 1 physical volumes in "oracledb8"
