Yep. Did all that prior to even looking for SP1/2. Which prompted my
message of vexation earlier. I've opened a problem with SuSE/Novell. As I
recall I had to do something like this LAST year when we got the
service/support contract in the first place. The stupidity lies in the
contract is for 4 years, but each year is separately billed because of some
freakzoidal requirement of our purchasing department/rules being that we're
a state government agency. That I suspect has complicated it.

Did you go into portal.suse.com and select My SuSE and then Manage
Registrations and add any new reg code you got?

Thanks to those that replied. Sadly, I have to open an incident with
novel/SuSE. Something on the portal with our account is severely frelled
because in one area I can see that we're good to go through July 2006,
and on another part, it says we have no products registered. So, not
possible for me to download it cuz the portal doesn't think I'm
entitled.

Sigh.

Have a great weekend everyone.
