Bacula is supposed to be an excellent backup solution, it has clients
for varying operating systems and runs on Linux for zSeries. If you
also have z/OS, tapes under it's control can be used as backup media
(through HSM). Sine Nomine Associates has a backup appliance available
based on Bacula and can provide all of the info needed for the z/OS
bits. http://www.sinenomine.net.

We are looking into a new Enterprise Backup solution. Since we now have
SuSE on s390, what are the recommendations for a backup client for our
Linux guests?
