Run "SPident -vvv" and it will tell you what packages you are missing to be at the SP2 level. You can either get these packages from the CD or download them and apply. Note that if you apply SP3, the SPident rpm on the CD does not recognize service pack 3 - you need to get the updated SPident rpm from the Novell download site or via YOU.
