Hi Bernard.
I think, you have to run just one proxy server depends on your arch. If it
64 bit, you should run /lib64/CA_esm_proxy, if 31 - /lib/CA_esm_proxy.
Anyway, 2 programs can't use the same port, so if you run both versions,
one will definitely failed.

Hi Mary,
This is what I have so far :
The proxy server is called CA_esm_proxy. The binary is /lib/CA_esm_proxy
and /lib64/CA_esm_proxy. As you can see, there are 2 versions. We are
running SLES9 s390x, the 64 bit version of the OS.
What remains is whether we need both versions up at the same time, but
there is only one " .conf " file.
Also, what happens if both proxy servers are listening on the same socket,
( only one .conf file ) . Which proxy server gets priority ?
These questions need to be answered before I can bring up the proxy
server(s) .
