It is considered very rude to send out-of-office replies to mail sent to a mailing list. Please try to sent your out-of-office to only go to IBM internal addresses. Open your mail database, go to Actions/Tools/Out of office, and under the exceptions tab, make sure that "Do not automatically reply to mail from Internet addresses" is checked.
