Or phrased slightly different: this is for people who run only Linux
in their LPAR's (so no z/VM nor z/OS). Normally you'd use z/VM or z/OS
to capture PR/SM CPU usage numbers on LPAR level and use that for
capacity planning. If you only run Linux on the machine, this driver
allows you to capture that data from PR/SM.
