VMWare Server (which is free) allows the creation of Linux virtual
machines, I have a SUSE10 running under it.

Hum, I've heard of this type of thing. And I do boot Knoppix from CD on
rare occassion. But that disrupts my normal work (I'm forced to run MS
Windows at work. I'm MS-free at home).

The free vmware Unless it's changed) doesn't allow to create Linux
images. However, i think MS's freeware does.

Can you give a pointer to where one might find this MS "freeware" v.m.
application? Thanks.

microsoft.com downloads.
