Well, there isn't a kernel module by that name, so that's not surprising.  If 
you've got a system so bare bones that it doesn't have the s390-tools 
installed, you need to install them before you do much else.  Otherwise, if you 
ever need to re-run zipl, or a bunch of other things, you won't be able to do 
so.
