I believe that this refers to a project that IBM is working on to provide a (Linux based,
of course) terminal server for penguin flocks running under z/VM. You would only have to
log onto the terminal server once, and then from there access any number of Linux guests
via IUCV. I suppose it might also be possible to 'automate' some aspects of Linux by
driving the IUCV console from scripts.
I expect IBM will get this rolled out the door in time for Christmas.
