Nothing particular that I can see.  You might try omitting the parameters that 
I don't have specified:
Broadcast=9.60.18.255
Hostname=gpok224

But, I'm not very optimistic that will make a difference.  This type of problem 
is the main reason that I really prefer using HTTP as the installation method.  
I can look at the logs.  One thing to check is what version NFS the server is 
using.  It could be that SLES11 doesn't work with version 3 or something silly 
like that.

The other thing to try would be to start a shell and poke around and see if 
anything obvious shows up.  When the manual installation prompt is received, 
type in a lower-case x, and then (I believe) a 3 to start the shell.
