More like expanding on a concept that *predates* sysplex, and are finally
being *allowed* to do what needed to be done years past.
There have been some presentations at conferences about it, but the final
details aren't publically known other than it will involve a way to move a
running virtual machine between physical hosts with only a short delay. It
will almost-certainly be a z10-only thing (the z10 requirement for z/VM 6.1
ensures that).
