Hello Aaron, For guest to external network, it will be very much gated by the OSA model/speed. There are some examples for 10GbE OSA Express 3 in http://www.vm.ibm.com/devpages/bitner/presentations/vmup2011.pdf
For guest to guest, it'll be a factor of config and which machines. I think we saw something around a peak of 900 MB/Sec for streaming workloads with multiple sessions; 600 MB/Sec for streaming with single session. That was with jumbo frames on MTU.
