I've had a disk failure on my linux root filesystem, please don't ask how that happened, and now need to move an LVM file system to another Linux guest. I've added all the disk to the guest, put them all online and doing a pvscan I see that they are all there. What I can't figure out is how to bring them into this system. Every reference I find is for when you were able to do an vgexport ahead of time. I didn't have that luxury and so I can not do a vgimport.
