This definitely looks like an issue:

swapon: /dev/dasdd1: read swap header failed: Invalid argument
swapon: /dev/dasdc1: read swap header failed: Invalid argument

What happens if you try a mkswap on one (or both) of these - can you then
"swapon -a" them?
