I wouldn't mind seeing a thread about how we incent a new generation of z/VMers to start taking over the torch.. Over the next 10 years, our numbers are going to shrink drastically as many of us finally retire. My visions of proudly walking away someday knowing I've turned things over to competent hands are fading...
