Hi I think I know the answer to this but wanted to confirm.
If I need to add Logical CPUS to an LPAR does this take an IPL of the LPAR to get them in ? Also if I wanted to add more Logical CPUS to the LPAR than there are physical ones defined can I do this. This would be to avoid the need to IPL if we added more Physical CPUS in the future ?
