A little while ago, someone was looking for a decent CMS batch system. The Purdue LARS batch code (source, docs and modules) is available from http://download.sinenomine.net/cmsbatch. I think I got all the pieces, but let me know if there are pieces missing.
I don't think you need the CP mods any longer, but some tests would be in order.
