I looked, and sure enough that one is for SLES12. I believe that what has happened is because for the first time I know of, we've had update repositories available for our Beta testers so that installing maintenance can also be tested as part of the Beta. Since we did prepare updates for SLES12 to deal with the published CVEs, those would have then become available for the Beta testers to install on their test systems. I just didn't realize that they would be visible to the general public as well. Interesting. Mark Post And to follow up on this, I expect the scrutiny now being given to bash, I would expect some further updates and hardening fixes soon.
