You should see the IPL record. Cut and paste the first 24 bytes to an email.
I assume the IPL statement is in the directory entry for this virtual machine.
Has it been changed? What other disks does that guest have? What happens if you
IPL of these others?

Thanks for help. Is there any possibility to verify this
issue in more detail. We are getting this issue in two systems and not able
to IPL systems now.
