Hello All, A customer is asking about Oracle Database Gateway for DRDA for Linux-390.
With reference to DRDA I can find the Transparent Gateway for Oracle 9 and 10, while Oracle 11 and 12 refer to Oracle Database Gateway. Are these indeed the same features? The installation manuals for Oracle 9 and Oracle 10 Transparent Gateway list Linux-390 as a supported platform. But in the Oracle 11 and 12 installation manuals, linux-390 is not mentioned anymore. Obviously the Oracle database is still supported on S390 but for references to the Oracle Database Gateway for DRDA only x86 is listed. The installation manuals for these versions indeed do not list S390 (anymore). Are the current versions of Oracle Database Gateway for DRDA supported on Linux-390? And if so, where can I find the documentation about that?
