That does seem to apply SP4 as well as the SDK. But I already have it on and current maintenance applied.
I got rid of the old ibmica's and that didn't help. There were designed that way to enable them all to be installed concurrently and not interfere with each other. That's not normally necessary, but it is at times needed.
