Basically you need more memory, at least that is the most common reason.
Could be memory too fragmented as well.
For the nfs part it also might be some network problem causing nfs to require 
bigger buffers for data waiting for connection to work.
There are some bugs reported for Red Hat, fix includes better defrag or for nfs 
don't allocate more than needed.

I dont know if it is a bug kernel or i need fix my configs on server. Has 
anyone ever had this problem?
