I'm still none the wiser as to why I keep getting the ENOSPC error with my
BTRFS layout. The latest stats:

# btrfs device usage .
/dev/dasdb2, ID: 1
   Device size: 6.67GiB
   Data,single: 5.64GiB
   Metadata,RAID1: 79.06MiB
   Metadata,DUP: 939.00MiB
   System,RAID1: 32.00MiB
   Unallocated: 1.00MiB

/dev/dasdd, ID: 2
   Device size: 22.49GiB
   Data,single: 2.00GiB
   Unallocated: 20.49GiB

/dev/dasde1, ID: 3
   Device size: 22.49GiB
   Data,single: 22.38GiB
   Metadata,RAID1: 79.06MiB
   System,RAID1: 32.00MiB
   Unallocated: 1.03MiB

# btrfs fi df -h .
Data, single: total=30.03GiB, used=13.02GiB
System, RAID1: total=32.00MiB, used=16.00KiB
Metadata, RAID1: total=79.06MiB, used=75.67MiB
Metadata, DUP: total=469.50MiB, used=382.41MiB
GlobalReserve, single: total=45.58MiB, used=0.00B

No snapshots around.

The only odd thing is the use of /dev/dasdd instead of /dev/dasdd1. I attempted
to remove this device and add it back properly but:

# btrfs device remove 2 /
ERROR: error removing devid 2: No space left on device
