XMITMSGX release 2.2.1 includes a.deb package build as well as improved
message file search and load.

A.rpm build was already part of the project.
Personally, I learned the Debian way of package build only recently. To
my surprise, it was/is easier than RPM packaging.
(That might be partly because RPM wants to handle compiling from source
and related build steps, which I *never* use it for.)
This release *does* have RPM internal code signing. (And all files are
accompanied by an external PGP signature.)

Since the 2.1.x days, the project has been re-homed, but is still on
GitHub. If you have a GitHub account, you are welcome to submit changes
or to open "issues" against it.

John Mertic asked for clarification of the licensing.
Officially, the project is released under "GPLv2 or later" at this time,
and markdown in the repository corresponds to that.
There is noxmitmsgx.license in the source directory.
