minix fs in ms-dos?

Is there a way to access a minix fs read/write from MS-DOS?  I want to put
ELKS on the HD of a luggable, but am having trouble transferring files via
floppy disk.  I have a DOS and a minix partition on the luggable and can
transfer the files from my desktop PC to the luggable in DOS via serial
cable.  Anyone know how to write to a minix partition from DOS?  Thanks
for any help.
