As Alistair seems to being modest at the moment ;-). I'll shout it from the
roof tops.....

WE NOW HAVE A SHELL BOOTING AND RUNNING OF THE PSION 3a.

Thanks to Alistair ploughing through the code and finding those little drop
offs that mean so much (i.e. like initialising system interrupts, DUH).
