Hmm...This is interesting, indeed.
First, check the specs on that 300W PSU, and see what kind of current it 
delivers at 5 Volts.  If the amperage is in the low 20's, then the PSU may 
still be the problem.  My replacement PSU was rated at 30A+ at +5 volts.

Secondly, try to see if the problem gets better when you disconnect 
components.  Start with the highest wattage ones and work your way down.

My hypothesis is that this is a current-draw problem.  Perhaps there exists 
a flaw in the current board design, such that a certiain component (or set 
of components) have a tolerance level set too high?
This would cause some people to notice problems, while others have none...
