Running 2.4-test5, I get a few APIC errors, every once
in a while. I got none on 2.2.15, but I think that I
was getting them, just not in syslog.

I raised my CPUs to 2.2v, and they seem to have subsided.

Long ago, in an overclocking FAQ, there was a mention
of some sort of thermal effect which caused current
to leak through the gates of the chip, which is why
you had to up the voltage as it got older. So does the
fact that I now have to go to 2.2v mean the Celerons are
dying? The system is still as stable as it was before
(i.e. uptimes as long as I went without shutting down for
the night, etc.)
