Have anyone succeded with GRUB & hpt366 ?
On my computer I just get the message "GRUB"
but its not followed by "Loading..."
So I'm using small partition on UDMA33 disk drive.
For instalation I've user  
root=(hd1,0) (which is normaly my UDMA66)
find /boot/grub/stage1
setup (hd1,0)

thanks for any help (I'm not using lilo)
