Setting clientnya udah betul belum? Coba check IP address clientnya, lalu apa bisa ping proxy servernya? Kayaknya ini kesalahan di client bukan di servernya.
Maksudnya 'di obtain an IP' apa sih? Pake DHCP (IP address di kasih sama server)?
