What part of "1 part in 1,000,000 accuracy is required for ballot machine
certification"
do you not understand?

Another LAME EXCUSE RED HERRING

Give me a fucking break. For the price of one deputy sherrif's salary, you
can purchase DOZENS of Scantron (hand-MARKED, not punched) machines.

By the way, these ballot-counting machines cost no more than punch-card
tabulators...AND scantron ballots are cheaper to produce than punched cards.

This has NOTHING to do with money, and EVERYTHING to do with deliberately
selecting systems which make vote-tampering easy.

By the way....since when is West Palm Beach a "poor" county?

Translation:

Democrats are toooooooo fucking stupid to follow the directions posted
in the ballot booth AND in BIG HUGE FUCKING LETTERS at the polling place.

Probably because Democrats habitually ignore rules and laws.

Well....it's come back to haunt you.

Deal with it.

Really!?!?!? A lawyer convicted of tampering in SEVEN different elections
for the benefit of Demoncrook candidates says otherwise.

Use linuxconfig and tell the system you have to nic's and what drivers
they use. Linuxconfig will take care of this one easily. (if it doesn't
crash first) I have never liked that program but at least found it useful
for setting up multiple nics on a redhat system. (similar to MDK).

Agreed, no one has ever heard of Linsux except you.

Why? Router configs (at least with sensible routers) can easily be
copied and restored over the network. I think we just had a demonstration
of why doing so is not stupid at all. I like to keep them in CVS myself
so it is easy to review prior changes.

When someone outside claims they can't connect all you have to do
is check it yourself.... A simple traceroute from any outside location
would have detected the problem in seconds. Of course if you don't
ever listen to your customers, you might not bother.
